Join us on our 2018 Christmas in Branson as we visit the “Live Music Show Capital of the World!”. We’ll listen to Daniel O’Donnell, one of most successful entertainers in Great Britain and Ireland. Along with Daniel, we’ll listen to Mary Duff, Irelands’ top female vocalist. Also, the Texas Tenors, who bring their unique blend of Country, Gospel, Classical and Broadway to the stage. Plus the INCREDIBLE “Samson” at Sight and Sound. He defeated an entire army and slayed a lion with his bare hands. But there’s a secret behind Samson’s superpower. And so many more incredible shows and more.
Day 1: Wednesday, Nov. 7 –Welcome Aboard! We’ll depart our pick up locations for a nice enjoyable ride to Branson, Missouri. We’ll have a surprise stop, then off to dinner (Pre-Paid) at Lambert’s Café, the only home of throwed rolls. After dinner, we’ll travel the short distance to our hotel in Branson for four evenings. Luggage will be delivered to your rooms where you can relax for the evening to be ready for our second day of adventure in Branson.
Day 2: Thursday, Nov. 8 – Enjoy a Deluxe breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for our morning show, Yakov Smirnoff, “Nancy Reagan’s Favorite Comedian” The Washington Times states. A mainstay on the entertainment scene since the late 1970’s, Yakov co-starred in movies with Robin Williams in “Moscow on the Hudson“, Tom Hanks in “The Money Pit“, Meryl Streep and Jack Nicholson in “Heartburn” and Richard Pryor in “Brewster’s Millions.” Yakov has also given command performances at the White House for several presidents and honored guests. President Ronald Reagan called Yakov, “a national treasure.” Smirnoff was a regular guest star on the award winning NBC sitcom, Night Court. He has been a popular guest of numerous national TV shows including the Tonight Show. You’ve seen him on HBO and enjoyed his humor in his critically acclaimed Showtime special, “Yakov Smirnoff from Moscow…Idaho.” From 1993 to 2015, Yakov performed at his own two-thousand-seat theater in Branson, Missouri where he entertained over four and a half-million people and produced several outstanding award-winning shows. His comedic style is firmly grounded within his mission statement, “to experience happiness and teach it to the world with passion through comedy and sensitivity.“ After the show, we’ll go to the Branson Mill Craft Village, for lunch on own and free time to browse the shops. Then back to the hotel to relax and freshen up prior to our evening dinner and show. Enjoy our Dinner (Pre-Paid) at Buckingham’s Steakhouse while enjoying easy music with Kenny Parrott. Kenny will take song requests from any of his multiple CD’s. Then onto our next show, “The Texas Tenors”. With their Emmy Award winning PBS special now airing across the country, and Billboard chart topping albums, it’s easy to see why The Texas Tenors are America’s favorite new tenors. Since their whirlwind debut six years ago on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, The Texas Tenors have accumulated a long list of awards, accolades and excited fans. They have performed more than 1000 concerts around the world, including a 24-city tour in the United Kingdom, Shanghai, China and collaborations with some of the most prestigious symphonies, performing arts centers and arenas in the United States. People are clearly enjoying their talent as they were recently named the #10 Classical Artist in the world according to Billboard magazine. After show, we’ll return to our hotel.
Day 3: Friday, Nov. 9 – After our Deluxe breakfast at hotel before we’re on our way to enjoy Optional Show – “All Hands on Deck” for the ones who wish to see it or stay at hotel. AMERICA’S #1 PATRIOTIC SHOW, All Hands on Deck, is an All-Singing, All-Dancing, All-American 1942 Roadshow & Radio Broadcast reproduction filled with the songs, dances and laughs that America has loved for 70 years! After the show, we’ll pick up any at hotel and go for lunch and some free time Branson IMAX Entertainment Complex. Lots of shops, restaurant and movie theatre. Then we’re off to our next show, “Samson” at Sight and Sound. He defeated an entire army and slayed a lion with his bare hands. But there’s a secret behind Samson’s superpower. Chosen by God from birth, he’s been given superhuman strength – as long as he follows the rules. And that’s where the trouble begins. Samson soon falls prey to temptation, losing his strength and sight. And it’s here where he will face his greatest challenge. Journey with this unlikely hero as he battles the Philistines – and his own personal calling. It’s an unforgettable, uplifting story that will literally bring the house down! After the show, we’ll head out for Dinner (Pre-Paid) at Shoney’s Buffet then to our next show, “Andy Williams Ozark Mountain Christmas”, starring Jimmy Osmond and The Lennon sisters. After show, we’ll return to our hotel.
Day 4: Saturday, Nov. 10 – We’ll have a Deluxe breakfast at our hotel, then off for some leisure time in Downtown Historic Branson with Lunch on own and free time for shopping. Then we’re off for to our afternoon show, “Daniel O’Donnell”. One of the area’s most popular visiting artists, fans everywhere anxiously await the announcement of “Daniel O’Donnell’s” show schedule in Branson. An extremely successful Irish singer and television artist, he began making a name for himself in 1983 after saving enough money to make and sell his own record. This year’s show will include a full orchestra in addition to Daniel O’Donnell’s band. After this show, we’ll go have BBQ dinner (Pre-paid) at “Gettin Basted”. Then proceed to our evening show, “Raiding the Country Vault”, at same location, Starlite Theatre. It is the newest production in Branson, MO and has tapped top country music industry talent to take audiences on a journey through the greatest hits of Country Music – America’s most beloved genre. The show, from the producers of the Las Vegas sensation, “Raiding the Rock Vault”, enjoyed a successful 2016 debut season, climbing to #4 on Trip Advisor in just 12 weeks! This show runs straight 90min with no intermission. After the show, we’ll drive through the Branson’s Area Festival of Lights, lights up the winter nights with amazing structures of the season. From snowflakes to the gifts given in the Twelve Days of Christmas, more than ten million lights are used to create the displays that help make this special event possible. Then return to our hotel.
Day 5: Sunday, Nov. 11 – Enjoy our last breakfast together at the hotel before we depart for home. We’ll have one last SURPRISE stop in store. Hint, you’ll go nuts for it!! Then arrive home with many pictures, memories and new great friends! Welcome home!
