The train stops at East Chattanooga, allowing riders to get off and see the locomotive rotating on a turntable and participate in a tour of the railroad restoration shop before re-boarding for the return trip. Then we’re off to see the Tennessee Aquarium.  Discover the story of water through exhibits in both Aquarium buildings – River Journey and Ocean Journey. Both experiences feature many different types of aquatic and terrestrial wildlife. Not only do visitors explore habitats found in North America and the Gulf of Mexico, they also encounter a variety of exotic plants and animals from remote regions of our planet. Just as important as our exhibits, the Aquarium’s staff loves to immerse guests with the stories of life above, around and within our watershed. After, next door, we’ll visit the Ignis Glass Studio. Chattanooga’s premier glassblowing studio Blow your own glass. We will have the opportunity to have a hands-on glass blowing experience and have the chance to blow our own heirloom glass ornament or paperweight. Then we will enjoy Dinner (Pre-Paid) at the Big River Grill downtown Chattanooga prior to returning to our hotel.
