Enjoy breakfast at hotel before departing for Colorado Springs, CO. Arrive in afternoon, check into hotel for three-nights, have Dinner (Pre-Paid) before departing for evening visit to Seven Falls – Colorado’s MOST Majestic Waterfall. Find yourself immersed in Colorado’s famous natural beauty at Seven Falls. Called “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado”, the approach to Seven Falls excites the senses and foreshadows the dramatic landscape ahead. Crystal clear water from the Pikes Peak watershed has shaped a spectacular natural box canyon: the steep-walled, enclosed canyon that’s become symbolic of the American West.

Enjoy breakfast at hotel before we’re on our way to visit the Garden of the Gods. Enjoy the Visitor Center, film and Guided Tour of this beautiful park. Finish with visit to Gift Shop. Then Historic Tour of Old Colorado City, then tour Michael Garman’s Magic Town Museum, 3,000 square-foot miniature city. After, Guided Tour of Colorado Springs before returning to Hotel.
Tuesday, July 9
Let’s have breakfast and then depart for Glen Eyrie Castle. Enjoy the Castle and the grounds of this beautiful historical property. Step Back In Time – Immerse yourself in the historical grandeur of the Glen Eyrie Castle! We’ll go on a Guided Historical Tour that will take us on a journey filled with stories of rival turn-of-the century railroad wars and oil tycoons to what is now the soul-stirring property of Glen Eyrie. Then Lunch on own in Manitou Springs before visiting Holly Cross Abbey’s Winery. After, visit Royal Gorge Bridge and Park – Home of America’s Highest Suspension Bridge. We will have access to the park, bridge, theater, unlimited gondola rides, Visitor Center, photo lookout areas and WaterClock. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Colorado’s natural wonders. Then Dinner (Pre-Paid) before returning to our hotel.

After a nice Breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for Fort Hayes Dances with Wolves Film Set for a tour as it winds the tour winds its way along scenic highways visiting attractions like Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse Memorial. Our informative tour guide drives you through 100 miles of the Black Hills National Forest, stopping for pictures of wildlife and more. Drive on Iron Mountain Road and Needles Highway. Such a unique drive! Visit Sylvan Lake and stop for pictures at the spectacular man-made lake located at the bottom of Harney Peak. Returning to Fort Hays, the Black Hills tour ends but your night continues as you enjoy some free time visiting the film set prior to our famous Chuckwagon Supper and Live Music Show.
Friday, July 12
After another great Breakfast, we’ll be on our way for Kevin Costner’s Original Deadwood Tour. Tour Deadwood and Mt. Moriah “Boot Hill” Cemetery. Recount the legendary lives of Wild Bill Hickok, Calamity Jane and Potato Creek Johnny. Who’s Potato Creek you ask? Take our tour, you’ll learn all about this bigger-than-life character Deadwood is proud to call their own. See Mt. Moriah lookout, a 300-foot cliff, where spectacular pictures are made. Gaze down at Deadwood Gulch while enjoying the breeze and essence of ponderosa pine. Then depart for Belle Fourche, SD – site of the geographic center of the fifty United States. You can officially say you’ve been in the center of the United States! Then onto Devil’s Tower – The Tower is an astounding geologic feature that protrudes out of the prairie surrounding the Black Hills. It is considered sacred by Northern Plains Indians and indigenous. It stands 867 feet from the summit to the base. After, return to Historic Deadwood for an evening of the finest entertainment around. Deadwood’s saloons, casinos and restaurants offer adult and family-friendly fun, from live-music and loose slot machines and roaming re-enactors. Take in history, Deadwood style, by attending the Trial of Jack McCall the rascal that shot Wild Bill Hickok. Enjoy free time and Dinner (On Own).
Saturday, July 13
We will enjoy a nice Breakfast at our hotel before departing for Sioux Falls, SD. Along the way, we’ll stop at Wall Drug Store, SD. One of the world’s most well-known tourist attractions, it’s hard to believe Wall Drug Store got its start with something many wouldn’t even turn their heads at today … the promise of free ice water. Then we’re off to Badlands National Park, The rugged beauty of the Badlands draws visitors from around the world. These striking geologic deposits contain one of the world’s richest fossil beds. Ancient mammals such as the rhino, horse, and saber-toothed cat once roamed here. After, we’ll continue our journey to see “Dignity” statue, “Dignity represents the courage, perseverance and wisdom of the Lakota” – Dale Claude Lamphere. The central stainless steel pipe armature bears the weight of the quilt, made of over one hundred twenty eight 4′-foot diamonds, and the fabricated sculpture of the woman. To reduce wind resistance, the wind moves through the diamonds and the perforations of her dress. Then to our hotel for the evening.
