Day 1:
sunday, september 18

Welcome Aboard! We’ll depart our pick up locations for a nice ride across the states to our first en route hotel . Lunch and Dinner on own. Water and snacks provided on coach.

Day 2:
Monday, September 19

This morning we will do something different and depart for Pawhuska to visit The Pioneer Woman Mercantile for a (Pre-Paid) Catered Scrumptious Breakfast by the Mercantile. The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is a destination restaurant, bakery and store. Ree and Ladd Drummond spent years renovating the hundred-year-old Osage Mercantile building on Main Street so that they could welcome visitors from near and far and give them a slice of small-town hospitality. “The Merc” has gorgeous goods, comfort foods, fresh-made pastries, delicious coffee, and plenty of fun to dish out. Come stop in, stay awhile, and leave with a smile! Enjoy some free time to browse all the shops there including the Findery. The Findery is where you will find everything you are looking for and everything you never knew you needed when it comes to furniture, home décor, and boutique items!  They are a unique and inspiring blend of antique, modern, and found—and that is evident even in their building. And including their in-house craft beer and wine bar, The Boiler Room. Next, “Roam the Osage” with a Guided Tour. Roam in Pawhuska and the surrounding area enjoying views of the Osage Hills, Tallgrass Prairie, Drummond Ranch and much more! We’ll go back in time to the 1920’s oil boom with stories of riches, historical buildings, famous cowboys, and Native Osage Culture. Discover why they are the little town with a big history!  One last brief shopping amount before departing for Oklahoma City with Dinner (Pre-Paid) en route.

Day 3:
Tuesday, September 20

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Waco, TX. Arrive into Waco in time for Lunch (On Own) at the Union Hall with 20+ eateries, foodie retail and community dining space. OR you could walk the 2 city blocks to the Silos and Magnolia Market where the food trucks are or the mercantile. After, we’ll drive over, and have free time to browse Magnolia Market before heading to our hotel. Magnolia Market. Shop Joanna Gaines’ handpicked home decor and lifestyle goods featured on her HGTV show, “Fixer Upper”. There’s a little something for everyone at Magnolia Market at the Silos. Shopping, games, the garden and even a bite to eat. The Market itself is staged and set up with one goal in mind: to inspire all to own the space you’re in. We’ll check in for our 2-Night stay. Time to freshen up, then depart for Dinner (Pre-Paid). After dinner, we’ll depart for a very special evening. Enjoy a Luxurious River Cruise on the Brazos River in Waco. Their crew look forward to serving us with Waco Tours’ trademark warmth, hospitality and fun – even providing us a uniquely Wacoan treat – making this cruise the unforgettable highlight of our time in Waco. After, we’ll retire to our hotel.

Day 4:
Wednesday, september 21

Let’s have breakfast and then depart for a City Tour. Enjoy a Guided Tour of Waco (Awarded #4 Top Overall Experience in the United States by TripAdvisor!) We’ll be shown all the highlights from “Fixer Upper,” take us downtown and to Harp Design, and share about their city’s rich history. We’ll also see the secrets of Cameron Park, invite us into the story of East Waco, explore gorgeous neighborhoods we’ve seen on TV and much more! After our guided tour, we’re off to have Lunch (On Own) at Homestead Heritage Village. Several excellent places to eat at Homestead Craft Village, including Cafe Homestead and Red Wagon Barbecue. In addition, freshly baked bread, pastries and other baked goods from Artisan Ovens are available at the Market, and Brazos Valley Cheese also has an excellent selection of artisan cheeses.  Craft Village showcases the work of community of craftsmen who have returned, not to the past, but to the enduring values exemplified in handcraftsmanship.  The shops of our crafts village, watch our craftsmen work, and, in all this, experience with our craftsmen the joy and fulfillment of returning to craft, the art of work. The Barn – Filled with hundreds of one-of-a-kind handcrafted items: soaps, hand-turned wooden bowls, tables, rocking chairs, bed frames, hand-quilted quilts, children’s books, how-to books and much, much more, this restored antique barn houses the work of our community’s craftsmen. Heritage Forge – Here, blacksmiths hammer raw steel into a wide variety of useful and decorative ironwork, including fireplace tool sets, andirons, floor and table lamps, dinner bells, hooks and brackets, pot racks, custom-designed railings and lighting fixtures, beds, end tables and dining tables. Homestead Fiber Crafts – Step inside the Fiber Crafts shop, housed in a restored 19th century barn and you’ll find weavers, spinners and knitters, both young and old, carrying on the age old tradition of creating cloth and other items for the home and family.  Pottery Shop – You’ll enjoy watching our potters as they shape vessels of clay on the potter’s wheel in this attractive workshop. At the Potter’s House you’ll find a wide variety of styles, clays and glazes fired in our custom-built wood-fired kiln. Our distinctive line of pottery includes functional household pieces as well as a wide selection of attractive giftware. Woodworking Shop – Solid wood construction, hand-cut joinery, steam-bent wood, hand-carved details and much more. Homestead Gristmill – Freshly ground, organically grown grains–wheat, spelt, oats, corn and more. Watch our millers operate the water-wheel-driven mill to produce fine flour for baking. And Homestead Baskets – Visit the Homestead Baskets shop and gallery, located in a restored log cabin previously used by early settlers. After, we’ll depart for Dinner (Pre-Paid) before returning to the hotel for the evening.

Day 5:
thursday, september 22

Enjoy a nice breakfast at hotel before departure. First, we will visit the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum, The Texas Ranger Hall of Fame was a regular stop for dignitaries visiting President Bush’s ranch in nearby Crawford. Heads of state and Federal officials were visibly impressed when introduced to “a real Texas Ranger.” They requested autographs and treasured Texas Ranger pins above far more expensive souvenirs of America. The “Ranger Ideal” is alive and well in the 21st century. Preserving Texas Ranger history, and honoring distinguished Rangers is what the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum is all about. Then we will travel onto our hotel in Missouri for the evening. Dinner (on own) en route.

Day 6:
friday, september 23

Today, after enjoying a nice hot Breakfast, we will depart for home…a perfect time to chat with your friends about all of the things we’ve done, the great sights we’ve seen, and where we will go on our next trip!
