Welcome aboard! Your adventure begins as we depart from our pickup locations for a fun-filled journey to Omaha on our Omaha Treasures & Traditions tour. This afternoon, discover one of America’s most inspiring places at Boys Town Visitor Center. Walk through a living National Historic Landmark where powerful stories, beautiful chapels, and scenic gardens bring to life the remarkable legacy of Father Edward J. Flanagan. After settling in at our hotel, the evening comes alive with a special “Taste of Ireland” experience at Brazen Head Irish Pub (pre-paid). Savor authentic Irish flavors while enjoying a lively private folk performance in a warm, old-world pub setting. Cap off the day by relaxing back at the hotel, tomorrow brings even more to explore!
Day 2:Tuesday, September 29, 2026
Start your day with a hot breakfast before heading out for a truly inspiring visit to Outlook Enrichment Toilet Paper Factory. Go behind the scenes to see how everyday essentials are made, and discover the powerful mission of empowering individuals with vision loss to work confidently and independently. For lunch, enjoy a fun and flexible stop at Inner Rail Food Hall (on your own), where a variety of eateries offer everything from global street food to classic American favorites. This afternoon, step back in time at The Durham Museum for a Guided Tour of the museum and Union Station, housed in a stunning Art Deco train station. Explore beautifully restored railcars, fascinating exhibits, and rich history that brings Omaha’s past to life. After some time to refresh at the hotel, get ready for an unforgettable evening at German American Society Center (pre-paid dinner). Enjoy a lively night of authentic German cuisine, music, dancing, and audience participation that will transport you straight to Germany! End the day back at the hotel to relax and recharge for tomorrow’s adventures.
Day 3:Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Enjoy a hot breakfast before heading out for an unforgettable day at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, consistently ranked among the best zoos in the world! Travel from desert dunes to lush rainforests and ocean depths, all in one place. Your all-inclusive visit features lunch (pre-paid), plus unlimited rides on the train, tram, carousel, and Skyfari (weather permitting), making this a truly immersive experience. Next, spark your creativity at Hot Shops Art Center, where art comes alive. Watch live demonstrations and even create your own glass medallion with help—an exciting, hands-on keepsake to take home. After time to refresh at the hotel, enjoy a delicious evening at Spaghetti Works (pre-paid) in the historic Old Market. Indulge in hearty Italian favorites, fresh salad bar, and endless garlic bread in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Day 4:Thursday, October 1, 2026
Enjoy a hot breakfast before loading the coach and beginning our journey home. Start the day with a delicious and heartwarming stop at Lithuanian Bakery & Kafe. Savor homemade pastries while hearing the inspiring story of a family’s journey from WWII Europe to building a beloved Omaha bakery. Next, relax and take in the beauty of Lauritzen Gardens on a guided tram tour. From vibrant flower displays to peaceful gardens and scenic landscapes, it’s a refreshing and picturesque experience. Then, enjoy free time to explore the charming Old Market District (lunch on your own). Stroll cobblestone streets filled with unique shops, local restaurants, street performers, and nostalgic stops like Hollywood Candy. This afternoon, sit back and relax as we make our way home with comfort stops along the way, returning to our original pickup locations with wonderful memories of our Omaha adventure plus TONS of memories, pictures, and new friends!! Responsibility
DJ Country Tours, Inc. shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.
Trip Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and accommodating as possible while meeting our vendor obligations.
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER / VENDOR POLICIES
When booking directly through DJ Country Tours:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email or letter. Please use our contact us page to submit your email request.
45 days or more prior to departure:
A full refund will be issued.
44–31 days prior to departure:
A refund will be issued minus a $50 per person administrative fee, along with any non-refundable deposits or supplier-imposed penalties.
30–21 days prior to departure:
A refund of 50% of the total tour cost will be issued, less any non-refundable vendor expenses.
20 days or less prior to departure:
No refunds will be issued.
Refunds will be provided when cancellations are made within the applicable cancellation period. However, any nonrefundable costs incurred by DJ Country Tours through third-party suppliers or vendors — including but not limited to hotels, attractions, transportation providers, events, or tour operators — remain the responsibility of the traveler.
Certain tours operated through third-party suppliers have separate cancellation terms and deposit policies that supersede the standard DJ Country Tours cancellation schedule. Those supplier-specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.
