Travel Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Reservations may be made by phone, mail, or in person. Reserve your tour as early as possible although final payment will be due by the dates listed in the tour description.

Price Change Policy
Prices of our tours are based on information given months in advance and available at the time. Therefore, when vendors such as hotels, restaurants and attractions increase their prices unexpectedly, we must address it immediately. Due to our best low costs given, our margin for increases must be passed along to the customer.
Our scheduled tours require a minimum number of participants to ensure the tour at the published price. If the minimum is not met, any registered participant may be given the option of a slight price increase to allow for continuation of the tour or be given the option to decline and receive a full refund of any payments made.
Points of Pick-Up
Our pick-up locations and times will be on the final tour itinerary. Additional places of pick-up may be added along the route to better accommodate our clients.

Special Assistance or Requests
Wheelchair or walker accommodations will be acceptable. Oxygen tanks will be acceptable as long as client has sufficient tanks with them, or ordered to be delivered to the hotels we will be using. DJ Country Tours, Inc. will help in any way possible to accommodate every possible situation.
Any other special requests must be made when booking your luxury bus tour. Requests for special dietary needs, smoking or non-smoking, adjoining, handicap accessible or other room types are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed.
Restrooms are available on all coaches.
Your complete tour packet will be mailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the departure date.
DJ Country Tours, Inc. shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email or letter. Please use our contact us page to submit your email request.
Refunds will be given in the event the tour is canceled or written cancellation is made outside the cancellation policy of our company. Exception is if there are any costs incurred by the company, by any third-party supplier or vendor, for which there is no cancellation refund, such as hotels, attractions or events. DJ Country Tours reserves the right to charge those fees to the customer.
Full refund with written notice of canceled 30 days or more from the departure date.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
The Coronavirus (Covid-19) will be treated as any other illness or sickness under the cancellation policy. If you are unsure, Travel Insurance can be purchased in advance of any tour.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Gratuities for meals on your own are provided by each group bus tour participant. Customary gratuity for the tour director and driver is on a voluntary basis based on the service you are provided and the attention to your needs.
