Get ready to embark on a mesmerizing Guided Tour of Canyonlands National Park, encompassing 337,598 acres of awe-inspiring canyons, mesas, buttes, fins, arches, and spires in the heart of Utah’s breathtaking high desert. As we begin our adventure, we’ll make a pit stop for a delicious lunch, allowing you to savor a meal of your choice (On Own). Our expertly guided exploration of the Great Salt Lake awaits you, where you’ll discover the largest lake west of the Mississippi River, renowned as the saltiest lake in the western hemisphere. Its ethereal beauty reminiscent of the legendary ‘Dead Sea’ will leave you in awe. Traverse through Utah’s vital wetland habitat, a haven for millions of migratory birds representing over 250 species each year. Keep an eye out for graceful antelopes and coyotes gracefully roaming the vast stretches of the Salt Lake Desert as we make our way to the Great Salt Lake. On our return journey, we’ll make a stop at The Bonneville Salt Flats, an extraordinary natural marvel stretching over 30,000 acres. Today, immerse yourself in the wonders of Wyoming as we explore Grand Teton National Park. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of nature as we explore either the Hayden Valley or Lamar Valley, depending on the season, in search of awe-inspiring wildlife. The sub-alpine Hayden Valley is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with its vast open grasslands teeming with hawks, eagles, and other fascinating creatures. Marvel at the panoramic views from scenic overlooks, where you can witness the wonders of the valley below. Known as ‘America’s Serengeti’, the Lamar Valley in North Yellowstone is a haven for diverse wildlife year-round. Keep your eyes peeled for the famous Junction Butte and Lamar Canyon wolf packs, as well as countless bison and other resident animals roaming freely in their untouched habitat. Prepare to be amazed as we visit the incredible Buffalo Bill Museum, often referred to as the Smithsonian of the West. With 5 museums in one, it offers a fascinating glimpse into the rich history of the region. As we make our way, we’ll also have the opportunity to marvel at the majestic Devils Tower National Monument. This iconic landmark has even been featured in popular movies like “Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind”. Standing tall at an impressive 1,267 feet above sea level, Devils Tower is a sight to behold. It proudly overlooks the Belle Fourche River and boasts the world’s largest example of columnar jointing.
